My vote is for Sabotage: It fits better with the rest of the album, it's got a potent bass line from Hooky, great guitar sound, and a funky synth at the end of the song. I don't know if including it would have changed anybody's opinion of the album, but I think it would have been stronger overall.

The ending synths make a much more stately, somber ending than
"I'm gonna live till I die
I'm gonna live to get high" 
BCD is absolute crap.
Sabotage is a Beastie Boys song. (just kidding, it's just not very good either)
Run Wild is...well, it's Run Wild.
End it after Close Range...and take RTS with you!
EDIT: I forgot about Player in the League. That would've made a fantastic closer....very old-school sounding for a geetar album.

Just because it's not typical NO is no reason to hate it - I've always loved the expectation that there would be at least 1 'different' styled track on every NO album

No, but because it's cheesy and religious is reason enough to hate it... 
personally I love the import which closes with Behind Close Doors, which is kinda sinister and spinsterish all at the same and is a freaking great track.....love it..... i'll add that I do like Run Wild as it falls in line with Brotherhood and WFTSC with their off-kilter closing tunes.

The custom iPod playlist I have for Get Ready goes as follows:
It gathers together all the Get Ready odds and ends: BCD, Sabotage, Player, Such a good thing and Here To Stay. Brutal was too early to include and Vietnam was a cover so not appropriate. Slow Jam and Rock The Shack are permenantly omitted because they're utter shite (hard to be more specific!) Why New Order confined Sabotage/Player to the CD singles we'll never know. Also the Crystal Edit packs a more immediate punch than the full length, and I think the 60 MPH Khane #2 mix made the best out of a poor single. Available on Retro5 and 20 Years of New Order respectively.
The Run Wild (Steve Osborns original mix) is amazing to end the album with, alot more mellow and dreamier. Barney's album mix seems a bit too straightforward and "naked" for my liking. But some people like that ;)

I think it's fine closing with Run Wild. When I first got the album I thought it was awkward. In some ways I could see BCD ending the album, but I think it's fine just the way it is now. Ending with Close Range would've seemed even more awkward, IMO.
