Sorry to disappoint, but

The record store where I hoped to pick up Techy didn't get it in last night, and as far as I know they're going out of business. I'll have to continue my quest, but never fear: Technique will be mine someday, and I'll never go hungry again!

Tabsy, it must be said again. How the fuck do you call yourself a neworder fan and not own Technique? The album is more than a decade old and one of the best 45mins any band have committed to disc. Was Regret the first NewOrder song you heard? Its as if you've claimed to be a huge Beatles fan without hearing Sgt Peppers. I'm astounded. Jeff, send Tabsy a copy of Technique ASAP. Tabs, stay in your room until parcel arrives from Texas and then return to comment after multiple listens. For the last week, All The Way has been my favorite NewOrder song and I've fallen in love with Vanishing Point and Round and Round all over again. How can you not own this album? Certainly Amazon could have it at your door in a week. GET THE MESSAGE?

I have to cop to finding it amusing when you all go into historonics over my lack of Technique. I guess I could say I'm saving the best for last, but before anyone has a heart attack I'll go ahead and try and get ahold of it before January's over. Can we all get back to normal now please?

Guys guys, if we all agree that Taboo needs to have Technique i will go get it for him, çause ever since Get Ready came out most of the other New Order albums went on sale for 25 guilders/just under 8 pounds/12,5 dollar i think at the bloody Free Record shops. true point, you know we were at the money-from-walls system last night after 00.00 hrs., got out our new money ....and had no clue what to do with it,maybe the time of night had some to do with it, being 05.15 and not a single place to be found were to spend it!! Except for the red light district but shame shame, physicaly not capable of doing anything at all

yep I got them, but dunno what to think of it. Everything is as half as expensive, but my salary has also been reduced with about 50%.

I got my copy at Barnes & Noble of all places. I too must :o confess :o that I hadn't owned Technique all this time. I had many of the 12" cuts, but not the album. Plus, I JUST HAD to find out what the buzz for "Dream Attack" was all about.
