I got a new poll, i apologise :) .
I chose UK and North america as the two main hub where where NO sells their music even they are around the world. I think NO version should be marketed in UK and Mac Quail would be ideal in North americans.
What do you think?
Guilt feels like a tired retread, inbetween a lot of fantastic material that doesn't shy away from the present. I think if it were a single, it'd kill NO's chances of seeing the album sell fantastically well. Krafty is the perfect intro (little bit of the rock, little bit electronic). I'd rather see the title track get the next single spot 
Guilt isn't scheduled to be a single. The title track will be the third and final single from the album. This poll is thus as redundant as many more from Canadian Dick.

well, if these next two singles do well, we could have another republic and have 4 singles! So don't count guilt out. I voted for the "wait & see" option, maybe some of the other mixes are better, who knows. Maybe it would be smart to release guilt like some one like you, as a remix. Maybe combining the best elements of the original & mac quayle versions.
Guilt should definitly get remixed and those mixes should find their way to clubs just like the Someone Like You mixes did. I don't think it has that much radio potential though, unless a great edit is being made that mixes both the dance and rock elements available from the multitracks.
I do think that New Order should release WORKING OVERTIME as a single in North America though, nothwithstanding the release of the title track. I think it would do great on the radio!
Would love to see Guilt as a single and remixed, too. I like the Mac mix okay, but the original is a bit better, IMO.
Its not an option in the poll, but I think the album version should be release in the UK only;
ANY version of the the song would NOT do well in the US.

I wonder how much radio potential BlueMonday seemed to have when it came out? I could see Guilt being HUGE

I can't believe people don't want guilt as a single, it's pure old school NO, the kind of stuff the new bands were influenced by. i think there should be as many mixes as pos, plenty of vinyl versions for the clubs, and a couple of CD's with them all on, that'd keep me happy for a while.
Guilt is the best song on the album IMO, and if it were to be release as a single (which I doubt) I would hope it would be the album version.
I think Guilt would sell fantastically as a single, and a hit at clubs. If you look at past history, all the stand out singles (sales-wise) have been electronic. I think if Jetstream does well, they'll consider Guilt as a 4th single. They'd be making a big mistake not to put it out.
The best option, in my opinion, would be for mixes of Guilt... to fill out the WFTSC single. Warners could choose to promote Guilt instead and the fans of both songs would be appeased. I love the title track but do people really want mixes of it?

Excellent point. My thoughts exactly. It doesn't appear there will be any B-sides so why mix WFTSC? This track has mix/remix potential.

This would certainly be the best idea. No point in remixing WFTSC - it wouldn't work. Release as a double A-Side, with Guilt Remixes
The Mac Quayle version of Guilt is the best track I've heard from the 'WFTSC' era IMHO, at least til now. The instrumental part that starts at 3:50 is one of my favourite moments in NO's music, it really brought tears to my eyes when I listened to it for the first time. One of those moments that no other band on Earth was ever able to give me. I think it's a lot more New Order'y than the released version on WFTSC: lots of Hooky's bass and better synths. If someone told me that it was Gillian in the synths I would almost believe... So, YES it would be a good single! :)
Where are you guys hearing these other remixes? The extra on the US release sucks compared to the standard version on the album.
Oh, nevermind... the poll is only the 2 versions. Cant believe anyone likes the MQ version better... US or elsewhere.

matter of opinion and taste. I like Fear factory, you prob wont, so there.
