Bizarre Love Triangle (Crystal Method Mix)

Does anyone have the 'Community Service 2' CD yet, featuring the new BLT remix? Does it contain the full, isolated mix as a seperate track, or is a part of a "mixed" compilation album? If so, does the vinyl format have the isolated song?

Want to get hold of this mix, but it's annoying when you get it on CD to find it segues in and out with other tracks. Don't mind mix albums, of course, but this'll be annoying as the mix is unavailable on CD elsewhere right now.

Andy I heard the CD is mixed and the vinyl unmixed. Don't know that there's any CD version of the unmixed track - yet.

On the CD, it sounds isolated to me. the beginning and end have no traces of the previous or following songs. True, it ends abruptly - but that's just a hard break because the next track picks up right from there.

BTW, right now this is my fave mix of BLT. Refreshing.

I like the mix a lot actually. More then I thought I would to be honest. Never been the biggest Crystal Method fan, but they did a fine remix. I have CSII on vinyl so I could get the remix "un-mixed" and also I prefer to buy vinyl anyway.:)

I looked quite a bit, but I didn't see the "un-mixed" version on cd anywhere.

Anyone know a cheap place online to buy this compilation on CD and/or vinyl. Don't want to spend a fortune for just the one mix. It'll probably pop up on Ebay for a bit less soon, anyway.

I don't, but the vinyl was $15 bucks! I get that it's a double vinyl, but it's their remix for New Order and that stupid Doors remix and then 2 or 3 CM tracks. So over priced! It was that much at three stores, so I broke down and bought it.

Who am I to talk though, I paid $20 for that Armand Van Heldon triple vinyl pack to get his crappy mix of BLT. That was a rip off, but I sadly I had to buy it. At least some of his other remixes were pretty ok.

Well, I did a 'buy now' on this Ebay version of 'Community Service 2': http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4725490086 that seems to have just 11 tracks, and in a different order the the 16-track released version.

I'm hoping it's a promo, and unmixed. Anyone know if it is or not??? Got it for less than a tenner, including postage from the US.

If all else fails, that 'Future Retro' compilation looks like the one to get.
