Can anyone suggest any NO/JD symbols/images that would make a nice tattoo?
My mate is going to have a foo fighters tat done on Saturday morning, and if i can find one i like, ill have a NO/JD one done at the same time.
What do you think?

My humble suggestions:
- The leaf from True Faith. Everyone, even little old ladies, can enjoy that. Plus, the tattoo guy probably has had a lot of practice doing marijuana leaves.
- The Perfect Kiss (that is, just have "perfect" scrawled up the length of your arm). It pays to advertise!
- The little Bauhaus dude. No, it has nothing to do with NO, but it's only one color and a lot harder to screw up than the Technique cherub.

and not that this has anything to do with new order, other than the fact that I am a fan...but I have a full body tat of myself...very lifelike and realistic, my friends say that it looks just like me, only in better colors!!!

How about the sleeve of Unknown Pleasures done in reverse, ie. black lines within a frame ? I'll have one done as well if you do !!

Thats the one i was actually thinking about.... the bar code that is. The EGG one is toooo big, and it would fucking hurt!

Howzabout the 12" cover to BM '88. Really cool concentric circles.......
I saw it done on the wall of a club, and with the black lights it looked really quite good.

How about the blue Best Of question mark? If I was going to get an NO tattoo done, that's what I'd pick.
I was gonna say Unknown Pleasures, but seeing as two or three people have beat me to it, I suggest perhaps these:
have "New Order" in the style of the block letters on the cover of Movement
Perhaps the Ideal for Living sleeve (the lettering, not the Nazi drummer boy)
Longshot-The cover of Closer (the whole thing: Picture, the name, the works)

I might consider Blue Monday (though my friends might wonder why I got a computer disk for a tattoo)....
I would have to go with Gnu Odor and say the leaf from True Faith. I would have to go with six leaves though for all the colors and to symbolize the members of the band.
I'm gonna get the musical score of the bassline of Ceremony tattooed on my back. No other bugger will have that one !
