I'm going for perfect Kiss or Blue monday in their long forms,off the top of me head.But this one needs checking
This site is the goods on all things New orderPeter Saville Show is a great one to have on while studying. Turns over on the half hour,and has a noticable riff after around 10. Its not too distracting, and is quite good actually.

As far as I know, the longest track is not Video 586, but the Peter Saville Show Sountrack (which is 30 mins)

Peter Saville soundtrack is still longer, thou Bernard was apparently sailing or hungover or something and didnt bother to show up. maybe I have not given it a chance, but personally this is the worst thing ever released under the "new order" moniker... generic new age lite electronics with some Hooky bass and guitar bits stuck in various spots
the Power, Corruption + Lies version of "586" is the longest original album track if you count that fucking around with the bass synth in the beginning as part of the song
There are various live versions of songs that run well into the twenties - Ultraviolence, 586, Hurt have all been a bit on the long side at times, and most early EGGs went on a bit!
Seeing as the Peter Saville soundtrack is made up of 7 movements or something like that, I don't think it counts!

I really like it. It is my most listened to NewOrder song. It wasnt meant to be bopped along to or anything, so shut your complaining.
Put it on while reading a book or studying, and it works really well. There when you want it to be, not there when you dont.
I gather its mostly Stevens work, and partly Hookys

Went on a bit?, you mean when they were fucking around and coming up with the same sound people would be dancing to in clubs 15 years later? Those extended ins and outs are great, usually cos Barney shuts up, and sometimes even joins in the electromayhem.
My vote goes to V586, it has to be not only the longest but heaviest track. Then again, although creditted as New order, it's really a Steve, Gillian and machinery special.
Of course they are amatuers beside The Orb.... Blue Room (single, well charted)39:58 Once you go over 40 mins it HAS to count as an album ( cheeky I think, since I've bought many an album that doesn't even run to that)....so their next two tracks.... FFWD and Pommes Fritz, had to have ficticious song names and track markers inserted and be sold as albums. Both were in response to their contract being sold to a major without their knowlege, the story goes that a suit told them "UF-orb sold 2 million, with us behind you the next will sell 20 million" and Alex landed into their office with Pommes Fritz (mostly ambient nonsense) and said "there you go, sell 20 million of that MUHAHAHAHAH". A beautiful act of sabotage, and can you guess who one of Alex's fave bands are, yup the master saboteurs, The Order themselves.
I remember when Blue Room was released, a local DJ here said after playing it.. "I can't wait for the extended version" 
LOL, and their ToTP appearance was utterly in keeping wit hNew Order's "awkward bastard" tradition. I believe it went like this... Beeb:Wanna do ToTP? Alex:Yeah if we can play live Beeb:Well, what do you need? (Alex lists The Orb's rider, incuding GIGANTIC mixer) Beeb:F*in mime, you awkward bastards.
The result? Alex and Thrash sitting wasted, playing chess, while a revox plays in the master of the 7" mutilation in the background.....SORT OF live :)
Blue Room dublin 94....10 mins of alex doing chicken impressions while he fired them round the surround system, song was short though, so overall only 25mins ish.
Of course, although no know recording exists, the original version of A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain That Rules From The Centre Of The Ultraworld, ran to some 3 hours, essentially being their entire set.
