God bless DSL.

Thanks for that! I finaly could see the Ross video... and I don't think it's so bad, after all. Well, the song does not help, neither Ana singing, but apart for that it's seem ok to me... My impression or Barney try to do some few steps of "samba" in the middle of the song??? :confused2:

Well, those files aren't hosted here, so it's hard for me to even consider putting a bittorent on where it's located ;)

You missed your chance... sorry, they have been online for a long time until I removed them.

You can still see them (in a lower quality format) in the audio/video archives..

Download a codec pack from somewhere! Search Google and you will find one and install it. Errors but still plays the video.

I have a DVD player but it didn´t work until I changed the file name from mpeg to mpg. Now I can see it and it´s brilliant. You either love or hate NEW order live. It´s out of tune , missed chords here and there, but that´s what it´s all about.

You don´t have to be Pink Floyd or something like that, to get up on stage and play music.

No it's not what it's about. Going on a TV show to plug a new single is an advertisement pure and simple. It's about enticing people to believe you are good enough to invest in. As it is they have come across like tuneless buffoons.

Now, I'm all for New Order live. I love them for their strengths and for their shortcomings. I'm in on the joke. But your average viewer of pop music TV probably isn't. So what good does a performance like that actually achieve?

All it does is further strip NO of their mystique and crap all over their legacy. That performance on Jonathan Ross IS as bad as everyone was saying.

"Brilliant"? I'm not going to bag you for your opinion but it that is 'brilliant' then clearly I need to lower my expectations. Being crap live is one thing but this is truly awful.

Best advert for lip synching I've ever seen (or heard).

Thanks again... I had no problems in viewing the clip on my PC...

Due to the fact that I have no DVD-recording-drive I grew a lot of grey hair by trying to convert the file to SVCD-format. I finally managed to do so. Watching the marvellous clip on a bigscreen-TV is much more fun than on PC. :D
