I know his brother Andy;)
David Gray...hmmmm....not bad, not bad at all - except for covering a Soft Cell number![]()
Oh come on Buster - as anyone here will tell you, he's Marty's long lost twin brother!
I thought you knew that already...

Please forgive me if I act a little strange, but doesn't he have a cultured left peg like his cousins Frank & Eddie?
someone should start a DAVID MARTIN GRAY; URGENT PLEAS FOR HIS RETURN thread. he`d probably pay no heed to it though. shame :(
You can't be serious people? I can't stand any of this guys songs. I've only heard three but thats more than enough for me.
Never heard of him. Hadn't heard of Jamie Oliver either, but quickly found out how annoying he was after a quick 5 minute Google search. Think I'll stay out of this one.

Yes, he does look like one of those frigging bobble head dolls doesn't he?
He does have a tenuous link to coolness with the recent Orbital collaboration... Anyone else have the Orbital DVD? Quite an entertaining little morsel.. Enhanced significantly with a nice little Dolby Digital home set-up..

I have the P. Hartnoll(not sure if it's Paul Or Phil)12" version of 'Please forgive me' bought it before I knew who David Gray was.
As I understand it, Gray is a brother-in-law or somesuch to the dome-heads. But now we're really meandering into trivia land..
Yeah - Orbital - I'll never forget that night at Glatonbury in 1994 (I'm sure that was the year). Absolutely un touchable! What a vibe! I was with a few friends for that weekend and all I have of it were great memories (and it didn't rain either, which helps a lot!). As for relations, I read somehwere as well that Phil Hartnoll is now David's brother in law, and of course Orbitals studio hand/drummer also plays in Gray/s band. Apart from Babylon (and some of the mixes), I don't really have much enthusiasm for his stuff actually.

That drummer is a star. The way he leans right over the drums and beats them at about 500mph with those little brushes... excellent! :)
Saw David Gray on Later with Jools, just before Newyears sometime. Not bad not bad. The original Mr. Gray emailed me and also refered to that broadcasting.....![]()

He is not that untalented, I don't think. But he is not exactly my cup of tea!! ![]()

you read right - they are related - mate of mine knows some of them there orbital people. gray used to support ian mcnabb - he's not as talented as the ex icie but albums pleasant enough & was nice to see him doing so well after his old record company got rid of him
