This night for the first time New Order played Lisbon and what an event, very new ordish. They must had been sleeping until five minutes before the show, witch had a false start since Bernard missed something when he was talking to the audience and said to wait two minutes as he had going looking after something near the the drums. Then they start with Love Vigilants, slow motion.... I suppose they were trying to wake up, or not, since Bernard in the middle of the show screamed "Turn off the f***** lights", then it was Crystal, followed by Regret, while Peter was trying that a camera man leave him alone, .... "F**** off", the sound was not that good, and New Order learned that the portuguese audience was not an easy one, during the first part of the show Bernard kept fighting with his monitor phones, witch lead to an argument with Peter several times, so we all witnessed a fight beetween the two of them, and the audience loved it, since Bernard missed the entry of the song Run Wild, forcing the band to stop and start again - "oh, I'm sorry, my fault" said Bernard with a smile - so then Bernard got rid of the phones and regain his good humor, sort of..., Steve and Phil were the "silent" ones, while Peter at one point of the show during Temptation, I don't know if it was because the guy with the camera was annoying him again, jumped off the stage and joined us who stood in the front, still playing his bass. What a guy!!! From Joy Division they played Transmition, LWTUA and Atmosphere - with an awful sound - and She's Lost Control. From WFTSC they played Hey Now What You Doing, Krafty and WFTSC. Ah, one funny thing. When Bernard introduced Crystal, said "From our last record, Crystal", when intruducing WFTSC " From our next record WFTSC, sorry, our last record", confused....? And for the encore in the words of Bernard : "F***ing Blue Monday". So, I loved every second of the show and I love New Order, and the audience sung every song with them witch was a very good sensation...

Barney becomes more likable to me. It is an evil curse... They don't like to play it, the audience doesn't want to hear it, but it must be done every time... :evil4:

Yeah, Nice one Pedro - looks like everythings back to normal in the New Order camp. Can't wait for Hyde Park!

It was just superb!! No words!! Great concert! What a dream!! :clap: I hope they could come to Portugal again, in another time... or i´ll need to go see them abroad, becouse this gig improved my desire to see them playing live again, and again, anda again... :D

Acho que o mais fácil era conhecer alguém na MTV Portugal ou RTP. Eu gravei 30 seg de cada uma das 3 primeiras músicas na MTV Portugal. Também gravei com o telemóvel uns clips mas não ficam gde coisa.

It´s more easy for you if someone knew anyone from MTV portugal or RTP.I've recorded the first 30 seconds of the begining (1st 3 songs) on MTV Portugal. I've made some clips with my mobile but they have very low quality.
