I think the biggest problem is that the nature of nearly every NO track is such that they couldn't just play one on a whim. They nearly all have keyboard lines running through them which need to be programmed and sequenced prior to the show.
Given that Johnny Gilles says that they've only rehearsed for three days for these shows I think the chances of anything new are slim.
The thought of going to my grave having never witnessed Perfect Kiss live cuts me up. Especially given how good it looked on "Academy".
