I doubt it...

Altough New Order must be one of the very rare bands with no official website (well, real one, not "meant to last 1 year" ones)...

Who knows.

On most websites talking about New Order's new album, the "official" link is NOOL... ...that can explain part of the visits around the WFTSC release.
