Yep, and unless I'm wrong, that is only in the PAL format. It was released by Cherry Red Records even before the NewOrder 316 DVD was released. When that happened, the band's management and Cherry Red agreed that Taras Shevchenko would still be available on itself but only on PAL format, for some reason.
And speaking of Cherry Red Records, the New Order Tribute that was released on Cleopatra Records in North America will be released in Europe by Cherry Red in September.
We will have a CD giveaway competition online to promote that release with Cherry Red.

You Can Buy on NTSC Format... It is still inprint and Easy to get... But Why get that if your going to Get 316 DVD...
I just came back from the store and Taras is available in NTCS format. Very strange. I'm not buying it but I think it is very interesting. Maybe a sign that 316 is on its way.
Local record shop? Does that mean it's only available at small off the wall record shops? (not like we don't have any here)
I would like to own a copy...

i bought a copy at tower records in seattle 2 weeks ago and it plays just fine in my standard u.s. vcr (shame about the way new order played though) don't bother picking this up unless you feel it's necessary to see songs like Ceremony and Temptation in the early stages.
Seb, it is being distributed by Cherry Records, like you said. My "local" shop is called Newbury Comics and it is an independent chain of stores in New Englad. The video should be available at other "Mega" chains as well.

Cherry Records, eh? Then it must have been leftovers from what had been already produced because I got confirmation from the head of the company that they weren't doing any of them anymore in NTSC -- just in PAL.
As for Newbury Comics, that's funny you bought your New Order tape there! I used to order a lot of comics and stuff from NEW ENGLAND COMICS when I was younger. I think they went bankrupt! I looked for them without success, which resulted in the sale of my Transformers comics collection (:D) to Mile High Comics, in Denver, Colorado...
