What songs do you think best showcase a particular member of NewOrder? That is, what song has Barneys best singing, Gillians best keyboards, Hooky's best bass, and Stephens best drumming. Here is my list.

Barney: 1963 Gillian: Vanishing Point. The part that goes along with the chorus. I still can't get it quite right. Hooky: World. Just Kidding. I'd have to say maybe Ceremony. but there's to many to list. Maybe Turn My Way too.. Stephen: Parts of Run, and Dream Attack. Near the endings of both songs.

For Barney, I chose Ceremony for the guitar, and Crystal for the vocals

Hooky: Love Vigilantes or Age of Consent

Gillian: Perfect Kiss or Touched by the Hand of God

Steven: Dream Attack or Face Up

Bernard: The problem with him, is usually that he doesn't sing well at all.. so what was my surprise when I heard Run Wild :)

Hooky: End of the World on Monaco's last album.

Gillian: In New Order, I would say Perfect Kiss with Stephen.

Stephen: IMHO, the drumming in New Order is not a big part of them, it's not their signature, but I think it was with Joy Division, so my pick would be Love Will Tear Us Apart and Atmosphere..

How many people have put Gill down for Touched?

Bearing in mind that this song is now entirely SEQUENCED, what Did She Actually DO?!

Surely Gillian did more than her fair share in the video for Touched -one of her most memorable moments on 'stage' dont you agree Allen!!!!! ;)

AHH!! NO! Bad Webmaster! Percussion is a HUGE part of NewOrder. Listen to umm...well just about anything. Dream attack and Run towards the last minute or two of those songs. Age of consent also during the instrument last half of the song. Leave Me Alone, one of my favorites, has a great drum line to it. Perfect Kiss has some of the best two, what with the cow bells and what not.
