Has anybody else heard DJs on Virgin Radio in the UK hinting that there's to be an announcement on Friday re a British tour later in the year?

I refuse to get excited by this. After all, it was Virgin Radio who exclusively declared that Morrissey was playing this years IOW festival. 
i don't want too get excited either but a couple of folk round my way have told me there's going to be gig at the c-o-manchester stadium in september...they could well be teasing a poor young gullible new order fan who wants so much to believe...
Yep they are! No way is there going to be a gig by anyone at city of manchester stadium after football season has started!
If Virgin are interested enough in NO to have the 'inside skinny' on forthcoming NO concerts, then why the FOOK haven't they playlisted WFTSC???
There WAS supposed to be a UK tour in the autumn, but that's been shelved to work on the album. We were speaking to Dian in Brittany last week and she said as such, but said there'd be a UK tour next year now (we can hope!)

Certainly sounds more likely... they'll be locking themselves away to bang out those last 3-4 tunes for the arse end of '05.

They did
Krafty and Jetstream were both record of the week and playlisted during their first week of release. They often play old NO stuff (i.e AOC) and you hear the odd Electronic track on there as well.

Seriously, since they are copying the same things they did in 2001-2002 (except Area:One) more or less, it's the logical thing to do ;)
But I hope you'll get a few indoor dates, and I hope I'll be able to make it! (would love to have 3 nights at Brixton hehe

I don't think Man City need anymore help to make them shitter than they already are, but you never know they could use that as an excuse......look at all the complaining Ajax did when there stadium first opened and they did concerts during the season, and the team was playing dump so they blamed it all on concerts
