Why oh why did they dump this version from the album? With the subtle synth backgrounds it's a hell of a lot more cohesive with the rest of the album (I burned a version replacing the stripped-down rendition), sounding more like a proper closer rather than a bonus b-side track. The synthesized sounds lend it a very dreamy air, instead of the somewhat flat attempt at a folk sound on the album track.
It's not going to change your mind if you already loathe the track, especially for those not fond of Dawn Zee's "warbling". It's definitely not one of my favorite songs but I'll dare to say I like this take on it.
