I've applied twice for this wallet using the online link kindly provided in these pages, but once I've filled out the form, all you get is a very brief thank you page. I'm not convinced I'll receive one. Have Warners ever done anything like this before, and if so, has anyone any recollections of how reliable they are?

I know the purpose of this is to build a mailing list, but the link was given to me by the project manager at Warner, so I hope it's pretty reliable...
If there are only 1,000 of them, what happens if more than 1,000 people apply...?

I guess that depends upon how well advertised this freebie has become, i.e. NME, Q, MOjo etc... and how many UK fans visit NOOL or WIM regularly enough to notice threads about this item. Surely it has to be on a first come basis.
I'm sending a newsletter tonight, I believe everybody will get one.. that's why it ends on Sept 19 so they can print it!

Elazaro, I think you meant that it is not fair... if not, it's written "We regret that this offer is only available within the UK"
To be honest, I don't think any other country will release vinyl... so.. 
I don't know how many I will get, hopefully enough to please our regulars... but OBVIOUSLY people who have the 3x7" ;)
