Payless shoes has a new comercial with a girl singing a dance version of Bizarre love triangle. It sounded pretty good, but could not tell you who was singing it.
New Order spotting: BLT in new comercial
Archived28 replies · 720 views
Also a commercial advertising a radio programme presented by Clint Boon featuring Hooky just prior to Corry starting tonight!
I have been hearing new order alot recently, Regret at Mcdonalds, Here to stay at Applebees and this is in Christiansburg VA. I have see the commercial for payless too. Anyway, my girlfriend was in American Eagle the other day (dont know why she likes that place) and she swears she heard in her words "a not so good punk cover of Jetstream" I wonder sho could have done that cover?
The payless ad got my attention. I bet the fellas can buy a few swimming pools with the licensing earned from that 30 second spot.
i just saw this ad for the first time tonight. i hadn't read this thread, and boy was i shocked to hear BLT in an american shoe store ad!

probably not much. just a blip on the radar, i'd imagine.
one question, though. according to your profile you've been a NO fan since 1992? pretty amazing for a 16-year-old! ;)

Sky used Atmosphere to advertise their TV listings mag a few years back.Quite odd that one was. Also i keep hearing Krafty in Kwik Save and JJB sports lately (i do shop at some sophisticated places dont i!).That should be on NO spotting but just thoughid mention it.

Michael Medved and most particularly Matt Drudge use NO as background and "bumper" music on their radio shows. Drudge on his Sunday night shows uses NO a lot. seems to like their music and has comments that 80's dance music with NO playing in the background is heads above most of the stuff being made today.
So NO's influence is there but their names and pictures are unspoken.

Haha, I've heard the Order quite a lot recently too. Krafty was on at McDonalds, and True Faith was playing in the pub.. both times I was saying goodbye to people for quite a while, too.. hmm. Nature works in mysterious ways, eh?

PETER HOOK on BBC ONE just this minute talking about FC UNITED and the single he has produced about this new club.He mentioned "like a FLEA kicking an ELEPHANT" and stated he still watches UNITED at OLD TRAFFORD.He did NOT mention when the next ALBUM will be released though!I have too much time on my hands AGAIN! Rocket Mick PS THIS IS THE ONE

Break 'em in young I say! My daughter was 5 when she started asking me to play New Order for her. Proudest moment of my life!
