New Order in Sydney Media 26-27/01

New Order are appearing in the media quite a bit over the next few days:

(a). Channel V on Foxtel paytv are interviewing them and showing parts of the performance from the Gold Coast, 4-8pm Sat 26/1/01. (these guys are filming each show and will probably show a full show in a few weeks).

(b). JJJ radio interviews New Order live to air between 2 and 6 on Sun 27/1/01.

and a web chat with them on 28/01 from Melbourne, The Big Day Out chats will be held on Monday 28th Jan starting at 2pm

Adding to that they will be interviewed by Triple M at midday today (Friday) and by Nova 96.9 also today at 6pm.

Whoa that SMH article was harsh ... I guess I didn't spot the flaws because I was an "NO-Concert Virgin", nevertheless I thought the show went off, and Hooky is the man! ;)

I listened to MMM today, it was ok, 3 NO songs (BLT, BM, 60MPH).

I like how Hooky said he's blown alot of money on fine wine and women.

And Stephen has 4 tanks! Man I thought he only had 2 ... but 4????

He said "the way the world is going you can never have enough tanks" ... that is SO true. ;)

Tank wise....yeah I learned all those technical stuff from my days doing Airfix or Monogram WWII models.

I didn't know Mr. Morris had an arsenel of tanks. I thought Aphex Twin was the only tank-driving techno pioneer in the U.K.

I think I got the info from the MOJO mag article....something like 4 tanks and there's a picture of the Abbott tank in it....

Yeah, Challenger tank is very hi-tech....I think it was suppposed to replace the Leopard tank....

But my forte is WWII german tanks.....so hi-tech for its age....

If you guys ( or gals ) look up the 'Hetzer' tank destroyer or even the slimline 'Jagdpanzer'...the designs were so modern that you wouldn't think they've been design in 1940's...
