Venues New Order played which ain't there anymore?

Newcastle Mayfair is gone as is Queens Hall Leeds where Futurama festival was.

Speaking of King Kurt, they're touring again! Went to Re:order and King Kurt are doing the same venue a week on Sunday 0oh Walla walla!

Jenkinsons Bar in Brighton and the Mayfair Suite, Southampton are now defunct.

Got me thinking, of the venues New Order have played and are etched in bootleg history, which are now no longer still standing?

Hacienda is the obvious one, I guess? And wasn't the Slough gig a part of a series of gigs to basically commemorate the closing of said venue. Have never really worked out where the Talbot Tabernacle was either? Seems to be a church hall in Ladbroke Grove, I think, so may well still exist in some capacity - same as the Coronet in Woolwich, which was a church last time I ventured Sarf. Same as the Rainbow, think that's used as a church at the moment?

Any others? Am sure our American and Australian cousins have mentioned venues New Order once played which are now defunct?!

What were the Sputniks like, Al? I used to quite like 'em when I was a nipper.

The Birmingham Tower Ballroom may have expired now. Not sure about the Roxy in Sheffield. The Red Parrot in Perth is pushing up the daisies, I am reliably informed. The Nashville (OK, JD played there) is no longer holding gigs (it's the All Bar One by Earls Court), and obviously the Moonlight Club is no longer of that name or gigging status (still can't get a proper answer out of them as to whether they could still have bands on these days). I think the King Kong in Antwerp that JD played has also bitten the dust. Nobody knew where it was when I asked over there, and of course Plan K is no more.

Both of the venues the Order played in Salt Lake City are no longer with us.

The venue for the Low-Life and Brotherhood tours was known as the 'Fairpark Coliseum'- a fancy name for a rodeo barn. I saw many gigs here, including The Fixx, Psych. Furs, Front 242, PiL, and more.

Substance and Technique tours saw the Order playing at an amphitheater in the mountains known as 'Park West' The mountain is still there, and the remnants of the amphitheater are still visible, but no gigs take place there anymore. the former seating area spends 8 months a year under snow, at the bottom of a ski hill. I can't even begin to count the bands we saw there back in the 1980s and 1990s, including Howard Jones, The Ramones, Talking Heads, Depeche Mode, Midge Ure, etc.

They also played places that are still there but never ever put bands on, such as Birchwood Spectrum Arena and Macclesfield Leisure Centre, and for that matter Salford Maxwell Hall. I bet that Rotters doesn't exist in Doncaster anymore and Scamps in Blackpool and....this will go on and on.

Syria Mosque in Pittsburg...New Order played there in 1986. Anyone have a recording of the gig? I was there and would love a copy!

Syria Mosque in Pittsburgh? Surely that should start a thread about the most bizarrely-named venue the Order have ever graced with their presence?
