Run has been credited to New Order and John Denver since that lawsuit - check the credits on Qwest issue of (the best of) New Order, it's there as well.
Strangely, the track listed as Run 2 on the Aus (and UK?) issue of (the best of) is a) not Run 2 at all but the Technique version, and b) the sleeve note make no mention of Denver.
