The "Rich Costey" mix is the album version, and the Jacknife Lee mix is an extended one too.

I'm assuming track 1 is just an unedited version of the Costey Radio Edit. Haven't played it side by side with the album version, but I bet it's got that warmed up sound the radio edit has. Probably just different levels and mix, but same structure.
