singles + limited edition poster from hmv :banghead:arghhhhh

Just recieved my copy of singles this morning from hmv. Guess what? NO FOOKIN PROMO POSTER AS PROMISED! Sick to death of hmv !

Contacted customer services to be told that hmv hadn't recieved the items from the record company yet! Just wanna say well done warners this is turning into a right farce!

I haven't got any of my order yet or a despatch email. Will be most upset if the poster isn't forthcoming. Only reason I ordered from HMV. Would have got free postage from CD-wow & used a discount voucher too.

If they were being delivered in the mail,they`d be folded anyway.

When I bought my WFTSC 2xLP vinyl version whilst me and my wife were on holiday in Germany, I got a free poster with it - it was an A2 of the sumptuous female image that now appears on the single of the same name.....

same problem here, no poster, sent them an e-mail telling them they are rip off cnuts and the only reason why NO fans ordered from them is down to this poster, basically I said I want the poster or you can have the CD back.

Same here but I had the added bonus of a smashed jewel case. Tossers! You order from Amazon or CD-WOW with better packaging and next to nothing postage AND HMV? A flimsy jiffy bag and no frickin poster!

Sent an email too but I'm not holding my breath.

I was in HMV today and asked to see the poster but they didn't have any. Must be a delay.

I got the 7'x3 set from them last week and have to say the packaging was excellent. Just lucky I guess. Also, if you buy 'Item' from HMV instore it's 24.99ukp but if you go online at their website it's 18.99ukp with FREE DELIVERY...

Ps, I think it's the only place in UK where you can get 'Item' as a 2dvd package with the slipcase...

Bloody 'ell. Good job I spotted this post. Ordered mine Saturday night from hmv.co.uk and was charged 3.10ukp delivery. yes... that's a total of zero working days ago

Quickly rushed over to cancel the order [didn't have to be too quick, they've never got any stock anyway] and reorder for 3.10ukp less :D

I cancelled my CD & DVD order & reordered them as both items are now free postage and the DVD had dropped £1 as well. Saved about a fiver

The poster, btw, was for pre-orders, so unlikely to be able to buy it now...

I just got pissed off with HMV UK Online, and cancelled my online order... Why, oh why, on a busy day for releases, do you close down and change your location to Guernsey???

Did anyone actually get their Singles poster in the end?

They are out there, I got one from Warner today. A nice addition to the den.

Got Item for £15 from HMV as they had missed priced it. I also got the poster as well. The Sales Assistant looked a bit sheepish when he asked if I wanted it. I guess he thought I looked a bit old for posters.

I didn't even waste my time buying "singles".

Both my ITEM DVD (Amazon) and 3 x 7" (sirendisc) came with no problems and in excellent packaging.

I guess I got lucky
