1989 I think at Pier 84. There were two dates, can't remember which one its from but it was turned into a rather good double LP with additional tracks from Woolwich Coronet.

You're right, it was the tour with GLJ and the Bunnymen. Set list should have given it away, went into Face Up after the drugs bit.

I've always liked the way he does actually sound wasted when he half-slurs this bit of "banter". First vinyl bootleg I ever bought. Think it cost me £20: I played it once to slap it onto a tape, and then never touched it again.

i got it on a 12", its acutually a double pack. there were two bonus track, atmosphere and ostrich. i believe barney or was it hooky that made a insulted comment towards gene loves jezebel. not quite sure what was said, but im pretty sure it was an insult.
