Aussies tune into Triple J Monday at 9pm (pretty sure that's right) to hear New Order perform live on air!

i think it would be a pre recorded session unless they do it live from the Perth studio which is very unlikely

Fantastic!

Everyone take note.. You'll be able to hear this performance live on the web via the JJJ website. Details to follow.

live at the wireless is the same idea as the peel sessions for bbc except its done for triple j/abc in australia its usually a in studio live session but on occasions they have played live performances just been to triple j web site but no info to be seen on what it will actaully be

i have a strang feeling they will guest program RAGE music program on the abc as well 90% of the bands that tour over here do it its like compulsary or something

Just to clear up the semantics Marco, 'wireless' is an archaic English term for radio.

The more I think about it, the less likely it's gonna be a studio session and the more likely it's gonna be a selection of tunes from the Melbourne or Sydney Big Day Out. There was a similar set from the Chemical Bros after the 2000 BDO.. Cracking set it was too that year.

Still, it'll be well worth slipping the TDK into the slot.
