i really can't picture barney, hooky, phil and stephen dressing up for halloween. but, if they did...
BARNEY- a pirate dressed up in an army uniform
HOOKY- a werewolf in a trench coat with a top hat in the wee hours of the morning after clubbing
STEPHEN- dressed up as a half-eaten pizza
PHIL- pop star
Why is Steven a pizza! This boy has extreme pirate potential, I think.
They should all pull out the TBTHOG costumes, I reckon.

Actually, the Elvis suit Barney was wearing on the part of the World In Motion video where he's hooning around in his red Merc convertible may scare some people a bit now he's put on a bit of extra padding!!
Please don't insult me for my choices here, but... Barney- Schoolboy(Yeah, I know he's a little too old to be one, but I think it would be adorable.) Hooky- Guy from 1940s wearing a zoot suit. Stephen- Witch(Can men be witches?) Phil- John Travolta from Saturday Night Fever.

In regards men being witches- in a sense, yes they can be- they are referred to as warlocks or wizards.
I LIKE the idea of ooky in a zoot suit, needs a pork pie hat too. But ONLY on the condition he plays an upright for the night:) ( I can get him the lend of an EXTEMELY nice 6 string upright)
