Thanks to them, they have given us 4 more tickets, and the lucky people of a DRAW (yes, a DRAW) among the people on the waiting list are:
Jim Reilly (aka Doggy or whatever is his nickname these days) Craig Waterworth (aka digitalwaters) Lucy Tomlinson (aka Sugarcane) Paul Munday (do you have a nickname?)
So congrats to all of you, I still have people on the waiting list, so if I do get more, you'll know!

I think its time to eat humble pie.
I'd like to say I'm sorry for my first reaction to not making the list as a tosser. I was pissed at the time and alcohol and internet are as you can see, a bad combo for me. I'd also like to add that my use of the word arseholes was not directed at those going but just as an expletive which best expressed how I felt at the time. The later posts "Where's my ticket" and "Still no post" were my attempts at a running gag. Sorry if I caused any offence. :\
Being honest, those who know me will know that when things don't go my way I can tend to spit the 
out and go and 
for the rest of the night (zenith, paris, telling the doves that they could fuck off was a real blinder......not)
I have met a lot of good people through NOOL and have been very well looked after by them : from getting heads up about tickets, to after show passes to actual tickets, support at our gigs and lots of other stuff.
Everyone knows I like to be a bit antagonistic and cheeky but not to cause offence at anyone's expense. If it wasn't for NOOL I wouldn't be here.
I realise I am very VERY lucky to get a ticket to go to this as if it hadn't been a fair draw I wouldn't be going. I know I certainly wouldn't be going if it was down to a NOOL vote/ opinion poll. And they would probably be right.
So, to reiterate: I am sorry for being a twat. And thank you Spotnick for not being as narrow-minded as me and giving me a fair chance to see our heroes on the 16th.

Depends how you get there really. Ally Pally is rather remote by London standards so fcuk all boozers nearby unless you head into Muswell Hill and walk it from there, or drink at the Gate on the schlep from Wood Green (not a particularly pleasant walk). Might just be best to get in early doors and soak up the [ahem] ambience.

Spotnick is a very respectable gent, and I think he went about the very difficult job of distributing the tickets the right way. Although of course I would say that. Put it this way, I was only in with a chance on the randomness factor, but its also right that people who have contributed a lot to the site (and I don't mean financially)like Ness and Al get to benefit.
Not that much, I gave 16, I had 25 names.. so you had 4 chances out of 9 to win.
The odds were good.
I'm sorry for the others, but some people did send me their names but no address at all (which was mandatory as specified on the top message of the thread).
I think Tim will get 3 at his house, so people should check his mailbox `
