Despite having it for a few weeks I actually gave it a listen today.

Like most here I only bought it through an obligation to do so.

How fookin bad is it?

My Blue Monday has an error that I get 3 beats before the roll.

Turn is missing the first 3 picks of the guitar before it starts.

And, whatever possesed my to think that New Order could do 7"'s? A dance fused tune needs at least 6 mins before ex-E heads can get foot tappin.

Just when I'm gettin into the tune it fookin stops.

It's New Order packaged into tidy Radio edits, and it's shit.

Rob G would be spinning in his grave.

PS I'm excluding Temptation, only coz I hadnt heard the 7" version since 1984. It was a blast from the past.

i love mine. especially disc one for just those 7" singles, that were previously only availiable if you knew somebody who was kind enough to put an actual 7" onto cdr.

Exactly.

It's worth it for Ceremony, Temptation and all other unreleased 7" versions.

But then again, I didn't pay for it, so maybe I'm biased.. never asked for anything and I got the released product + 3 promo copies from 3 different sources!!!

...I also noticed the fooking missing of the first beats on 'Blue Monday' - it's the same "version" which consists on the CDS 'Montag'...

...nevertheless it's worth it to have it as mentioned 'Ceremony'...

cheers,
