Found a way to be more exact.. when you register, you can actually select the exact emplacement of your home, even if you're not listing the right city...

I knew that Kirschy was getting hooked up to the net at home but I didn't realise that his connection also acted as an interdimensional portal to Rhode Island, USA!! Cheaper than international airfares, eh. Not as far to get in touch with one of his fave female NOOLers either.
On my profile my marker is spot on. On the community map it's been moved to a poorer part of town! Hope the mortgage people don't view it!

It sticks you where your towns offical centre is....hence if you look, Ilive in the harbour cos Bangor's official centre is the coastgaurd station, mind you google is off by 100yrds or so and plots it in the sea. (used to be the town hall)
I'm on, and apparently I live in the middle of a dual carriage way, parking will be a bit tricky.
