With all due respect to Mr. Shamberg and the director, that was one of the biggest wastes of time to watch. Even *I* could have done better than that.

The guy who directed it is Leos Carax. I dont fancy him at all actually but he is said to be one of the most important French film director of the past 30 years. For instance, he directed "Lovers on the Bridge " with Juliette Binoche.
