A question for completists really. If you owned every new order track, every remix of every track, how many different tracks would it come to?
Not including live tracks you may have on file, just studio tracks and remixes of.
Anyone have a rough estimate???????????? ![]()

I have 624 in my database... which is probably not complete.
So it gives you a good idea... it also includes live versions and video versions.
Andrew Morrison who posts on here should have a good idea, I am sure I copied a list of his a while back with information similar to what yer looking for.
He posts here every now and then, if I find it I'll put it on here ![]()
He may be the only one of us with "Big Dick" writtten beside Name: on a form. But may people here have it next to Occupation: and I myself have it written beside distinguishing features/marks:
(and if you believe that...do you wanna buy a timeshare?)
Depends if you are just talking pure new order tracks i:e all the four of them . 27,09090909.,09876533 i think!

I'm doing fairly mid-table then, I guess, with 323 tracks (including a fair whack of live stuff downloaded from this site and other NOOLers) in iTunes.
Doesn't include vinyl-only stuff that I happen ripped yet (Round & Remix, Run2, Fine Time remixes etc), but that probably only lifts it to 330-340.
Not that it's a competition or anything. Right?
Right.
Based on a quick headcount on this site's song browser (best place to see every song and no repeats)...it's about 150. not bad going.

Dunno whether all the official remixes are included in that, but I would say it's around the 300 mark. I can't be arsed hooking up me old computer as I've had a couple of swally's this arvo. Will have a look in the next day or two.
I was lookin for a figure for all single and album tracks and all official remixes. Just ripping all my cd's onto mp3 at the mo so will let you know how many I have. Obviously gotta add on all the vinyl stuff that has different mixes etc to it. Anybody else got any figures???
Have 457 versions in my list. Only stuff from official records and compilations. No live bootleg version include and no dvd audio.
