Just caught the last 30 mins of Tong & subsequently missed it 
Allen sent me a text this afternoon to say he'd just heard it on Radio 1 so it's on their play list & I expect we should start to hear this on a regular basis now.
Really up for hearing this, especially after the comments of a valued critic like Brian G.

WoW it was soooo Gooood!!! It was only 30 sec. but they played the "Were here to stay" part. I fell in love with it right away. I will confess there have been songs in the past I had to listen to a few times to get used to it, but I can already tell I love this song. Now I dont know how I'm going to wait until March 1. One other thing. The 30 sec clip was the Felix Da Housecat Mix. Which is good, Finally a dance mix we can all love!!! I hope the regular version is just as good!
Hate to say it but the 30 secs i heard were a bit boring.....all i got was barney saying Here to Stay in a RS type chorus........if anyone has heard the full song does it get better ?
your ears must be malfunctioning neil...sounds nothing like rock the shack...this song has atmosphere. it's too easy to compare "Rock the Shack" to "Here To Stay" because the number of syllables and words are the same...please step away from the cynical vortex for a minute and listen objectively.
I liked the music....but couldn't they have found a better 30 second clip? I would have liked to have heard a little more than the repeating of "We're here to stay".......
That 30 sec edit on Tong isn't doing the song much of a favour... Just a vocal loop. Has anyone heard whether Radio One are A/B listing it yet?

As I said in another thread somewhere, I heard the full song on Thursday night. Its a very, very good track. The clip does it no justice at all.
