Sorting through some old tapes and just found a bootleg from the Republic tour, it doesnt seem to be listed on the tours&concerts section which seems strange as its "reasonably" recent NO material!! I remember picking it up at a stall during Reading'93 its the Lorely Festival Germany 10th July 93
Its a pretty well produced bootleg with a really great setlist!!!
Did anyone go to this? or have any more info on it??

I'm pretty sure Allen Jarvis went to this. No surprises there then. And our mate Gordie who we've just been to Oz with.
If it's the gig I'm thinking of, I'm sure he said there was about 100 English lads over for it including a big group from Huddersfield.
Recently got sent a photo of a small group of English at Loreli outside the beer tent. Our mate Gary with a 'Coal not Dole' T shirt on about 10 years after it was relevant

i was there and i guess that's the full setlist.
it was a strange gig, as part of the "Bizarre Festival" 1993. New Order weren't meant to play there in the first place. The Red Hot Chili Peppers should be headlining that festival, but for some reason they cancelled and New Order played for them. The audience was really pissed not to get any of "chili peppers" sound a likes...
awwww...New Order instead of the Chili Peppers...Flea might be pretty cool...but Hooky is cooler...yes, I sure could have gone for that substitution back when the Peppers did Lollipalooza...hehehehehe
I was there and had the pleasure of informing an American who had hitched from Southern Italy that the Chilli Peppers were not playing. Not Happy.
Worst bit of the event was booking onto a coach only to find it was the Levellers fan club. Crusties played their crap all the way to Germany

To answer the original questions, yes that was the entire set. Think Hooky dedicated As It Is to the travelling Brits, no? Just remember getting v.sunburned and v.drunk at this one. Not a rowdy gig at all, just about 100 Brits down the front and the only people prepared to mix it with us were some very bemused (and very huge) German skinheads.
