Do you think that NO should do a theme song for a James Bond film, especially during the film's intro sequence?

I think they should do a song for a James Bond flick. Been thinking about this question as I was listening to "Ruined in a Day." NO has maintained its enigmatic sound.

It will never happen.

They are no longer the "flavor of the month"...

No. Let the Killers do that sort of thing.

No. NO originated rock with electronica. You need something subtle and intriguing to do the credits. The Killers are only one of their contemporaries.

it could be interesting, but it will never happen, they just aren't a big enough name to be asked. i don't think it is the sort of thing they'd be into anyway. a bit Corny.

It would be an interesting idea, but I think it would be cheesy and stupid to actually do it.

Why not? Boost their pensions wouldn't it. Let's face it, Barney's 50 now. He needs to think about these things now

A) The Killers are corny and non-threatening B) They're the current ridiculous pop fad

That more than qualifies them to make a James Bond theme.

Don't they have to work with John Barry or summink?

I can't see New Order with a stringed orchestra..

My tip is the Kaiser Chiefs.. not sure why

I reckon they'd rather do a spaghetti western

C'Mon Spotty! Cheer up!

A bloody brill idea...

I can remember thinking 'oh shit...' when Madonna was down to do 'Die Another Day' but it was cool....

Something like 'Brutal' with a couple of violin synths chucked in would be spot on!
