Good evening everybody peeps, it's that time of the week again - when The Shugster does a drunken post;)
Tonight I will tell you the story of the new order fan - who hafd alittle too much to drink (notice I',m not as pissed as last week - cos this is readable
) Tonight I went for a beer at the local - karaeoke sunday!!! no bastard sung any new order - mainly to do with the fact there are no new order songs on the list anyways - the bastard disc cocky (deliberatelyy missspelt ) said he never had any new order records - a little bit annoyed I was;) after another few beers - forhgot all about it = decided to go back to minew for another few ( Carslberg and Voddy) A few mates were back so I put oin Crystal, wen't down a storm, one of me mates menmtioned he'd heard a bit ofd the song on the footy today!! The music tol the final of the league cup wwas new orders Crystakl - ended up playing Get readyh to everyone - and they loved irt - now they've buggered off - I',m thinking do theyt Really like new order or was it the drink talking

Good fun Shugy, I myself enjoy watching people sing karaoke, I have yet to do it :p
My shy boyfriend however had a blast on the ground singing The Doors! What a sight!!

I'm living proof of that...when you're pissed, you think you sing well...actually, when I'm drunk, I think I'm 10 foot tall, bulletproof, handsome....

oh..and April...just get up there and sing...it's not that bad!!!! Even if you suck, usually, the crowd still applauds you, and tells you how good you were...

Actually now that I think about it I remember being a little drunk singing November Rain with a friend of mine, see we are the only "white" ones in our group so we kind of bonded :) Although this was one of those "karaoke rent-a-rooms" where it is just you and your friends hehe :p
Maybe one day I will get up the courage to do it alone in front of people I don't know :p

Nice one, April. One of the worst experiences of my life was listening to some metal-head scream the entire lyrics to Paradise City a la Axl, w/out any of his "talent". 
The sake flowed fast and furious that night.

Conclusion - Don't drink straight double vodka's as "chasers" with yer beer - and certainly do not accept Joints that are packed to the tips!!
On the topic of Kareoke - American Pie is my usual - no matter how bad you sing the fucker, everyone always joins in - basically I'm just a crowd pleaser
One of these days - there may even be a New Order song deemed shite enough to make it onto these lists they have;)
I would have thought Regret would have made it onto 'the' list by now.

hey...here's one for the lot of you...back in my younger days, when I did have the balls to get up and sing...my song of choice was Tainted Love...it was one of the few songs they had that I knew...I remember one time, I saw Blue Monday, and got very excited...until I scanned over and saw that it wasn't by our heroes...but alas, it was some Fat guy...sniff sniff....
