Dont see them on ebay...? Were they 'BuyItNow'?

These might be promos of the 12x12" release, even though the actual vinyl will be released via Amato (now listed for £3.99 on HMV.co.uk...)

Pash.

Second one went for 85 quid! Got the London stamp but I dont suppose that means anything.

First one was sold to loobytony, so no doubt you'll soon be able to buy bootlegs from him of said item on ebay... :nono:

(Although first one doesn't really have any exclusive mixes...)

Second one looks more promising - of course, someone could have made a CDR by themselves, but the scans do look authentic...

85 quid, though... Bloomin' heck - I'd better start putting some money aside, unless they get an official release?

I wonder if I will ever see at least one of these 12 12"s. Apart from eBay, that is. NO seem determined to make it impossible for me to complete my collection (not that I'm trying very hard, but still...) I just can't wait for that wax cylinder Tokelau-only release of the new album.

I'm very glad to see that loobytony3233 didn't bag the "new mixes" CDR out of those two. The CDR he won has nothing new on it and I'm willing to bet the 12" Extended TLU mix is identical to the one on Substance/International.

The thing I don't like about 'lubeduptony' is that he burns off batches of 2 pence CDRs with rare New Order material and then starts the bidding for his nasty bootlegs at £10. I've seen some of these auctions reach just under £20 after spates of furious bidding by fans who probably don't know any better. 'lubeduptony' then simply reinvests the money he makes right back into buying New Order items for his collection; he's the worst type of eBay twat next to ticket touts.

Burning up batches of cheap CDRs with New Order's work (however rare) and selling them for ten or twenty quid a piece is thieving revenue from the band. There's loads of people on NOOL who do good quality boots like Shug, Tim and Mike and they either trade or give them away for nothing :thumb:

Ray, hmv.co.uk are accepting pre-orders now. Do they not ship to Warsaw?

I Have complained to ebay about that theiving bastard and they still allow him to peddle his cdr filth! Apparently because i had not directly bought anything from him i was therfore a "third party" so he is still allowed to list said items and gets away with it scott free!:banghead:

The other problem is that theres that many stupid bastards on ebay that will buy the stuff from him, talk about banging my head against a brick wall!

I do not know the guy,nor do i want to. He is obviously a collector the same as me. I have bought many of the promos in my collection from ebay but i can honestly say that i have never made a penny out of anyone.

Wow, somehow it didn't dawn on me that one could order these 12"s at HMV. *is scared to even think of the price* *but will check anyway* Thanks!

Edit: is there a way I could order it somewhere that will ship to Poland AND somehow benefit NOOL?

I see your point.. There was an 11 track CD(-R?)on e-bay a while back with the extended mixes of BLT, EGG and Temptation from the WFTSC singles 'era'. It looked like a good buy - still dont know where to get the extended Secret Machines remix elsewhere (I asked yesterday and nobody replied)- so I put in a bid, then it started getting ridiculous and then an e-mail came from e-bay saying the item had been withdrawn as it 'breached e-bay's policy'. I'm not a remix anorak but stuff like that isnt widely talked about here (or maybe it goes straight over my head when it is)and I dont like asking for stuff for free from people who might not even have what I'm looking for, simple as that. If you spend some time on e-bay, there's other stuff like the Peter Saville soundtrack cd which regularly goes for twenty quid, somebody's picked a load of those up and is making a killing. Its an 'official release' though..

If you're still after Soundtrack, drop me a mail, as they are still for sale at URBIS Shop in Manchester (at least they were over the weekend) for a tenner, so I picked up a spare. Also, with regards to the Secret Machines remix, I've got some info for you on that too! :thumb: :smoking:
