Aaaarrgh, right on my f*cking doorstep too :banghead:

Unfortunately I can't make this as I have unshiftable plans around that particular weekend which means I'll be out of Edinburgh. If this was a bona fide Edinburgh New Order gig I'd change my plans but for a DJ set I just can't justify the hassle. Hope anyone who goes has a good time though! :)

If I remember correctly Cabaret Voltaire's a trendy enough club in the Old Town close to the Royal Mile. One of my uni mates DJed there a couple of years ago and I seem to remember it was quite pricey in terms of drinks (but I was a student back then so even paying for a drink meant it was pricey :evil4: )

Not a bad venue for Hooky's antics! Gutted.

Clubbing In Edinburgh? I don't think so. As the old saying goes, you'll have more fun at Glasgow funeral than an Edinburgh wedding.

I'm making plans for this, so am expecting moral support from the Glasgee contingent!

Hopefully BigInOil is gonna be in town too.

T'was an excellent night as usual.

Hope you and Theresa had a good time Brian, it was a mental last half hour. Good to meet you.

Paul + Marty (and Ryan!) , superb banter......hopefully we'll catch up again at some gigs this year. Glad you wore your badges or we would have never met :thumb: btw, Hooky appologised to my wife for not having Sunrise with him , but he said we all looked like we enjoyed it when he played Turn instead :thumb: Paul he must not have heard you shouting for 'we all stand'

Good to meet you Roy and the others. Glad you had a great night, it was good wee club with a nice atmosphere. We didn't stay till the bitter end though. Hooky did play some decent stuff.
