I remember someone posting on here a while back about how back in the 80s a (male heterosexual) friend of his (ahem!) thought Bernard was so gorgeous that it made him question his sexuality...well, who could blame him

personally I think Barney's gorgeousness peaked in the early 90s, sometime between his awful 'Getting Away With It' floppy haircut and putting on a bit of midlife midriff tubbiness

That's changed my perception of him now. I tend to think of Bernard as a quiet, intellectial sort of chap. He looks very good with a sun tan though.
