Innovators + more. Two amazing players + Joy Division fanatics to boot. Two amazing records and some mental, mental nights. Paul & Neil RESPECT. Rave On!

Pete Tong announced it on Friday night. Didn't play Here To Stay though ,which I find a bit strange, unless I missed the very start.

One brilliant album, one - sadly - terrible one, IMHO. Nice cover on the 2nd one though.

Two albums in twelve years? Even the Order beat that!

got the remix one of leftism from australia. top.

not heard the 2nd one, but the singles were v good.

one of the guys from leftfield is playing at set at the essential festival at ashton court (along with paul hartnol from orbital, jello biaffra, james brown, scratch perry, six by seven & a load of other people) wonder if that'll be cancelled now.

Fave Leftfield song - EVER - "Original" featuring Toni Halliday! No contest. But I found the band (much like Underworld also) too overrated anyway, let's be realistic now.

Hear hear, I will not be cajoled into unnecessarily misguided gushing praise for a couple of studio boffins who happened to make a couple of earth-shaking records and soundtracks and nothing much more. Perspective, sweetie, that's what we all need now...! :D :D :D

Another fine band bite the dust - Rhythmn & Stealth is a cracker (despite what's been said here before), as is Leftism (of course). Also really liked Snakeblood from the Beach soundtrack (almost managed to tie in a NO-related topic there). They will be sadly missed. Let's hope Orbital don't start getting ideas.... Md (CTD)

Leftfield were class, but given a choice on albums and live performances Orbital are pure Excellence. Would love to see Orbital remix an Order song or even better support them at Finsbury Park.

..as would I, buttocks. Orbital's sound would compliment NO nicely. Probably never happen, though - even though they're both on London Records (for now)... Md

The older Hartnoll bro' actually lives in Fins-bree Park (the area, not the park itself) so perhaps he'll be there anyways?
