Crystal on MTVs REAL WORLD

They played Crystal on The Real World today. They played it in two parts which was really cool. Sometime during the middle of the episode, and again right at the end. At the end of every show, they plug all the artists music you just heard. During half the credits they plugged blink 182. Then they were like, and you also heard... where they proceeded to list 10 bands for just about enough time to read their name. Pretty lame. But it's cool that they played New Order during the show.

And I had to go and turn off the show after the first five minutes! But of course it will be repeated endlessly.

I have an official MTV boycott enforced in my household. I will, however, watch VH1's "Behind The Music". It is sometimes hard to reconcile that the hated MTV and VH1 are owned by the same company (Viacom).

I hope you have a good time across the pond. At least you're not having to travel via Liberty Ship. Those Wolf Packs were nasty!

I'm looking forward to The Real World: Van Halen Singers. I can see locking David Lee Roth, Sammy Hagar, and Gary Cherone in a house together and forcing them to get "real". You might want to add in some refugees from Whitesnake to sweeten the pot. I've approached MTv about this but they haven't returned my calls......

I happened to catch the show while flipping through channels and they did play the song throughout most of the episode. What struck me as wierd is that in the end while playing the credits they named the bands that were featured in the episode and they didn't name NewOrder just flashed a second of their video with the band name at the bottom. This is strange to me because their music was the most played in the whole episode... hmmm leave it to MTV.
