Letter in this week's NME

In the letter titled "Pet Shite boys" the writer says:

"... the music press is full of coverage of acts - new order, ian brown, the list goes on - who would struggle to get signed were they to appear at a label office with their current material..."

"... the press is full of fans of these bands who only remember their best work..."

".. thanks to NME for ignoring New Order..."

So, who wants to kill this prick first??

I think we should all write a very annoyed e-mail to the angst page of NME. I have already sent mine, i suggest you all do the same.

Just ignore the prat - if you bite back, then he can go and wank over his copy of the NME happy that he has wound people up.

The NME is only fit for use in the dunny, whats the e-mail address Mr T.

I stopped getting NME about 7 years ago, its a load of pretentious bollocks, dunno what its like now - but it appears not much has changed..

Seems a shame cause they used to be very pro NewOrder and featured a few times on the front cover up until the early 90's

I've said my bit about the NME on this forum sometime ago, so I'm not going to even bother wasting any more space trying to repeat it (other than keying this bit in - heh!). Major - you don't need to read the fucker and then wish you didn't - just do what I've done for years and not even give it a second glance in the newspaper racks....

I won't be buying it again....
