I've heard that, in addition to the interview on the BBC recordings album, there are a couple of other Ian Curtis radio interviews floating around. Anyone heard them? What does Curtis have to say? Anything interesting? Are there any transcripts or MP3s on the Net that anyone knows about?

You can find two radio interviews here.

I have more interviews in my home computer, I can upload them somewhere if you want.

Judging from the bit of "interview" on BBC Sessions, not quite as dark and depressed as he did when singing.
