After listening to my Milan '82 bootleg [cheers, Wasim], I was wondering if New Order did any other medleys like the two in the gig.

Several EGG/Temptation medleys, and once or twice it was 586/EGG/Temptation. Also a couple of Perfect Kiss/Blue Monday segues (and one BM/TPK), and a couple of Age of Consent/Temptation segues.

There was also an Every Little Counts/Lonesome Tonight segue at Malvern in 1986.

thre was a great one in Bradford in 84 which included a 5 min drum solo with effects during 586 while they tried to get the sequencers working in time.

I think that was the first attempt at these big medleys. A great gig, that one, including a mammoth Thieves Like Us and the debut of Face Up, with potty mouth firing on both barrels. Who knows, I may put that Face Up up as my next little offering to the peeps of NOOL.
