I was unbelivably overjoyed when i heard it live at Brixton!!

Be nice to hear it at Finsbury of course - but with so many other forgotton treasures such as This Time Of Night and Face Up, Sunrise etc.. i kinda hope they resurrect another classic and dont play more than a couple of tracks from Grrready

Yea true, i kinda wanted to highlight the point that his lyric writing can have flashes of deepness and that elusive quality which turns a good song into a great song "hidden meaning" so it appeals to everyone on a personal level.

He does insist on stubbernly waffling on about messy relationships 99% of the time though!!

i know ill probably piss most you guys off for saying this but... i think that besides bizzare love triangle, age of consent, and some others, blue monday has some of his very best lyrics.

especially the "if it wasn't for your big penis" part
