My fellow New Order deprived Americans,

I know most of you have been waiting faithfully for New Order to announce concert dates in our homeland. Unfortunately we have been given nothing but empty promises. Lately, the news page on this site has been full of tour dates in the UK and Europe. I can't help but feel a little jealous. People of America, now is the time to come together and support eachother.

Has anyone here tried e-mailing the talk shows, like I originally suggested? I always kept getting the standard "thanks for your mail"junk, so I gave up after about two weeks.....

Jason...would you hate me if I mentioned that I went to San Francisco to see the lads last July? :p

So I haven't been deprived!!!!

Althought the trip for Finsbury will make it twice in the UK since then...maybe I should feel deprived now...

Sorry guys from America but here is the real bad situation: No came to Brazil in late 1988. Since there we don't have any hope that they are here again. Ok it's not that bad but just see this. I did'nt go to the Concert here in Brazil because I just became a NO fan after that (worse?). Ok, I probably go to Finsbury Park gig and the cost of ti will be not less than U$ 1000,00 (worse?). Ok, I'm sure that after I spent all that money they will come to Brazil for a concert and you will laugh about me but the nice thing is that everyone here (including me, of course) will watch the best gig ever. I already can see the Headlines: "After 14 years, they're back and just two months after Finsbury Park gig!" Could it be any worse? For our friend from Spain: Please get a plane or a train and go to where ever they are man. I would do that!
