As the perpetrator of the singularly most ridiculous post ever on NOOL, we bow in unison to your journalistic might. The keyboard is most definitely mightier than any sword.
On this occasion of your 27th birthday, we salute you.

One of the Sydney gigs in 2002, we received this farcically OTT account of proceedings from this Chris Zjvenachi guy, who then lost his user ID and returned as Chris Z, and proceeded to tell us like we cared. The account was a nose-blow by nose-blow account, down to how many seconds he was in the queue, how many people he spoke to, what he had to eat before the gig etc etc. Loads of posts in a few days and then zilch ever since. Quite surreal. Unforgettable though.
The Old Monkey's not off his crackers yet - I recall the surreal Chris Z posts too. Around the time of the Sydney Hordern and BDO gigs.
I wonder if he ever did get that headache seen to.
He musta popped 2 or 3 Codrals before he got onto the bus.
Be great if could drop by today and give us a detailed account of what he's been up to for the past four years.

Sadly that's not the post, merely the name change explanation. The original masterpiece was really something else. Forget Paul Morley's verbosity. Forget Dostoyevski. Forget Tolstoy. Forget Dave McCullough. Forget JRRT.
