Why does JD's Still have a parental advisory sticker?

Why not Warsaw, Closer, or other albums also. Several rap albums and metal bands have the sticker because they curse, talk about misogyny, etc. Why does still have the sticker? I guess Americans could not understand the music...

Interestingly enough, the VU album that contains the original (White Light/White Heat) doesn't have a parental advisory sticker.

The last time I went to a record shop that carried JD, the copy of "Still" had the PA sticker on it about explicit lyrics. Maybe it's just because I live in the south, where "ding-dong" is not only a dirty word but also a popular brand of flavored popsicles

Hehe it does sound a bit like that. More to do with the fact that he would often be some distance from the mic at the end of the song, and would be saying "thank you" but only remembering to approach the mic halfway through his thanks, so you get a "k you", or "Q" sound!

Ding Dongs are a chocolate covered, white creme filled, chocolate cake. They're made by Hostess, and they are delicious. And if I want to suck on one, so what? Absolutely ridiculous to have a PA sticker for that. Chuck Berry got away with my ding-a-ling, after all. And yes, Americans are very prude, compared to Europeans and South Americans. And people think we're so libertine. Ha!

I like the Hostess cakes too, including Cupcakes and Twinkie. Little Debbie's are good also.

No, it's true. The cd box it came in had it on the warners release, and the casette.

I bet "A loaded gun won't set you free/So you say" was also an issue. Totally mild compared to the lyrics of today.
