The "Unofficial" Definitive New Order Top 10

OK, somebody had to step up to the plate(or the wicket?). I couldn't wait any longer, so I tallied the results to the Definitive New Order Top 10 thread myself. Take it as you will. A few notes first. I gave 10 point for #1 through 1 point for #10. Three people listed songs "in no particular order". I have each of their songs an average rank of 5.5 (right smack in the middle of the top 10). I treated all the remixes as the same song (otherwise you'd have 10 different Temptations slugging it out!). I didn't count honorable mentions and such, only the top 10 (11 in the case of one person who gave two #10's). I can certainly understand honorable mentions, since I have a very tough time getting it down to only 10 myself! I took "KW1" and "Your Silent Face" and "Run2" as "Run". Thanks to the people who used a "1. song title" format, as it made my job of dropping these into Excel much easier! I have listed the total points, and also the total number of people that voted for each song (90 or 91 total votes). That's about it. Without further ado!

Sorry I wasn't able to get the list to display very well. I copied & pasted from Excel. Anyone know how I get get it to show up better? I tried to attach a bitmap from my hard drive, but that didn't work either. Till then, here is the entire list of every song which got a vote.

Ah, it was a labor of love.
I agree it's a great top 10, though with some minor surprises. I'm surprised Ceremony beat out TPK for #2 (though TPK had more votes). Oh well, the majority have spoken.

Whoops! I made a slight mistake. I somehow left out Round & Round.

R&R is ranked #36 overall, with 34 points and 6 people voting for it.

Well, I wasn't pleased to see BM so far off the pace! Oh well.

In the interesting but useless facts department, I noticed something interesting. Temptation is the overall points winner, but Ceremony received the most first place votes with 18! Temptation and TPK were tied for second with 12 each. A huge dropoff to number four, with Regret and Vanishing Point getting four first place votes each. Though Vanishing Point just barely missed my top 10, I am very glad to see it get so much love.
