I just recieved a mail from the maximo park mailing list with a link for buying tickets to wembley gig. Great for standing but not too many good seats available. There should be better ones available via ticketmaster tomorrow i'd imagine!

Thought this may be useful! Btw just like to piont out that i DON'T like maximo park!

Thanks! http://www.gigsandtours.com/?link=new+order&site=neworder

What, you bought a ticket for Missy Jem ...

... and then, you're thinking, "Now, I'm sure I should be getting a ticket for someone else too?! Hmmm, now who was it again? Thin lad. Bit Norvern. Did a guestspot with Re-Order. Ooooh, what's his name again?"

It's a quote from Edmund Kemper III.

But bully for you for letting your laydeez stray and actually talk to people of their own choice.

Not terribly literary me I'm afraid. Stop it you, they aint mine, and I LET them do nothing....seriously...can you imagine how long I'd be in hospital for if I phoned Jem up and said "no more talking to that nasty Jarvis boy young lady, cos he's mean to me sometimes".

nope I reckon best to leave em to it.

Usual slabbering aside, I'm looking forward to Wembley, and even to getting a more modern look at ye olde londinium. If I go missing tho...check hyde Park, Kew Gardens, that sort of thing.

Bickering aside, if this is the only gig you're gonna do on this tour, it's possibly the worst choice of venue. Can't speak for the refurbishment myself, but people I know who saw Depeche Mode and Take That (er, yes, I do know some weirdos) there say it's no improvement on the old Arena.

Might be worth a round trip I guess if NOOL Day gets off the ground on the Saturday.

Plan is this, NOOLday and Wolves. And once that is paid for.....maybe Blackpool.....but that's probably got more to do with the quality of drinkin buddy I can expect there ;)

Starting to wish I'd never seen the cunts now....like feckin heroin.

EDIT: as for WA's accoustics and shittiness....HELLO...Belfast boy here...seen bands in King's Hall. So anything that sounds slightly better than a 200,000sqft Gent's bog is a winner for me.

Like heroin? You seem to have managed to keep your habit under control after that first hit, Steve!

(Couldn't resist. Sorry.)

Well the next dose on offer looked dirty and expensive at the time ;) And as for the others approaching, well even dealers have a limit to the amount of tick you can get :D

this tour is a godsend for me, I will literally be using it to keep my head focused into getting back to work, and in turn using work to fund this "Adventure in time and space" (and double TVR's) before any and all other considerations.

That's more of a plan. Wemberlee and Wolves.

Blackpool's a bitch though. A Monday ferfucksake.

Er, obviously I'm going though. :uhoh:

Fly right over the sod on way into Manc, maybe I could leap out. and save on train/bus journeys (the local unpaid taxi service while efficient, friendly and a joy to behold, suffers certain navigational anomalies that make public transport seem almost safer).

Dunno, BPool is an "if poss", once the deep sarf is all sorted out and the wallet bulges with sufficient ( and preferably surplus) beer and curry tokens.

Seetickets are shit though - as well as the extortionate fees, they sometimes don't actually send the tickets before the event (using the excuse that they haven't received them from the promoters), so you have to pick them up when you get to the venue, then they won't refund the fiver they originally charged you for Special Delivery.

I hate ticket agencies...
