50 Coolest Albums

Don't know if this has come up before (to lazy to check) JD's Unknown Pleasures made the top 50 of Rolling Stone's Top 50 coolest albums, comming in at 24. Personally i think this list is a crock of shit, but hey.

All these Top 50 and Top 100 and Top 1000 lists are so fucking tedious and predictable now - it seems not one week goes by without yet another of these lists being published somewhere. Next month: Q's TOP 100 of the best-ever vinyl LP run-off groove messages......yawn.....only complete saddoes take these things seriously now.....

hey, now I was pretty psyched to run across JD in the Rolling Stone list, they get almost no recognition whatsoever in US media....but lists are pretty fooking useless when you get right down to it.

Oh well, it made my Saturday....

The only list that has ever mattered is the inventory of my record/CD/tape collection, or yours.....

This is the same Rolling Stone magazine that thinks Kid Rock is a God!
