1. i've never heard of them referred to englandneworder, except on the WIM CD single.

2. it's pronounced bur-nurd, with the emphasis on the first syllable.

I guess the "World in Motion" was considered a duet/collaberation between New Order and the England soccer team, so they just glued the two names together for the single

I don't know anything about the first question, but people who speak American English usually pronounce his name as "Ber-nahrd", with an accent on the second half of the name. Others, like me, who have learned Commonwealth English, will pronounce it as "Ber-nurd", with an accentuating the first half of the name.

Well, Englandneworder is the official title of the artistes that recorded World In Motion

but I've never heard anyone refer to them as that.

It's Bernard as in Buerre-nad rather than the American Burr-nard but a good deal of the time he's just known as Barney anyway.
